At Yoga Era, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer both domestic and international shipping to many major countries worldwide. However, please note that we currently do not ship to all countries.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States):

Yoga Era provides shipping services to the contiguous 48 states, Washington D.C., Alaska, and Hawaii.

Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply.

 

International Shipping:

Yoga Era ships to most major countries around the world.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country.

 

Countries We Do Not Ship To:

While we strive to reach as many customers as possible, there are some countries we currently do not ship to. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please feel free to contact us for confirmation.

If we do not currently ship to your country and you would like to place an order, please contact us. We are continually researching and expanding our shipping destinations and would love to explore the possibility of shipping to your location.

 

Order Fulfillment & Production Time:

Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, for in-stock orders, our fulfillment team is given up to 2 business days to pick, pack, and ship orders. Because some of our products are made-to-order (custom), the processing time ranges up to 10 days before we can ship them. 

In most cases, orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 days. 

*Please note: Some of our products are shipped from different fulfillment locations and may be processed separately. If you order multiple products, they may arrive separately at different times.

 

Shipping Times and Rates:

Domestic orders typically take 3 to 7 business days for delivery, after production time.

International orders typically take 10 to 30 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

 

Shipping Updates:

Fulfillment and shipping updates will be sent to the email address used to place the order as the order is processed.

 

Shipping Rates:

To keep prices as low as possible for our customers, we currently offer flat-rate shipping.

United States Flat Rate Shipping $4.95

International Flat Rate Shipping $8.95

Shipping prices are subject to change at any time based on market standards. Please review the current shipping fee at checkout.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping charges.

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Incorrect Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will happily resend it to the corrected address at no additional shipping cost. However, if the package is delivered to the wrong address, we encourage you to reach out to the carrier for further assistance. We may offer a discount on a future purchase as a goodwill gesture, depending on the circumstances.
