At Yoga Era, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our shipping and return policy below for important information:

Return Policy

  • Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • Eligibility for Return: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Request a Return

  • To request a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Important Return Information

  • Sizing: Please refer to our sizing chart prior to ordering. We will not accept returns/exchanges due to size discrepancies.
  • Sale Items: Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted for items on sale.

 

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and there will be no restocking fee.
  • If an item is missing or delayed, please contact us, and we will assist with locating the item and provide options to the customer.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will happily resend it to the corrected address at no additional shipping cost. However, if the package is delivered to the wrong address, we encourage you to reach out to the carrier for further assistance. 


Incorrect Orders

We understand that mistakes can happen! However, as each of our items is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly at checkout (such as selecting the wrong color, size, or style).

We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. 

 

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, generally 2-3 days. 
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

 

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
